Step 01

You buy a batch of codes

Tell us how many seats — 25, 100, 500. We mint a labeled batch of single-use Premium codes and send you the list as a CSV within one business day.

Step 02

Employees redeem anonymously

Codes go out through your EAP portal, intranet, or a simple email. Each employee redeems at bothwant.com/redeem on a personal account we never link back to your roster.

Step 03

You see aggregate counts only

Your report shows how many codes from your batch were redeemed — nothing else. When a count is below three, it displays as "<3" so no individual is ever inferable.

The differentiator

BothWant was built so that even partners can't see each other's answers — the platform reveals only what both people independently said yes to. That same discipline extends to employers: redemption is anonymous by construction, and reporting is k-floored by default.

We never report who redeemed, when an individual was active, or anything about quiz content. There is no per-employee view to leak, subpoena, or misuse — the data model simply doesn't contain one.
